  Adrian dropped his other work, the workshop was full, and diagnosed the fault, reset same and provided a print out report. We were uncertain whether to continue with our holiday. Adrian advised to use manual select to reduce the likelihood of a repeat fault, and that in his opinion the car was ok to continue to drive. He spent an hour and a half on the job and refused to charge!

  I took my Skoda Octavia RS to Adrian at Award European & found him to be professional, honest, and very patient in describing my repair options. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with the local Skoda dealer in Coffs Harbour, and Adrian was able not only able to fix the problem that they couldn't, but he did it at a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend Adrian more highly and will be returning. Thank-you Award European.

  On a road trip holiday from Hobart to Brisbane our Golf TSi came up with a gearbox error code and would not change into Drive. The Coffs Harbour VW dealer could not help, "booked out" for two weeks, goodbye holiday!

  My girlfriend and I took our VW Transporter into these guys to get it fixed and serviced twice. They were able to solve all problems immediately which is something a lot of other places haven't been able to do. We needed our van fixed in Surfers Paradise but we waited until Coffs Harbour especially to go to them- we wouldn't even consider going to anyone else after our first visit! We are extremely pleased with the work and would 100% recommend anyone with a European vehicle to go to them.

  I personally can not thank award European enough for your honestly an customer service they have been looking after me for the last few month with my Skoda it is a bit of tricky one Today I rang An with a problem. Took it down had looked at part order an will be fixed by the end off the week i can't Thankyou guys enough worth more than 5 stars ! Highly recommended. Pop on down to see Adrian An the team!
